Yogalates combines the mindful movement and breath of yoga with the toning power of Pilates.
During this class, you will move through a sequence of postures that focus on proper breath, alignment, balance, and mobility, combined with dynamic Pilates-inspired exercises targeting key muscle groups with small weights (3- 5 lbs).
During class, there is a core series to build deep abdominal strength and overall body awareness. This class is designed to leave you feeling stronger and more connected inside and out.
