Sound Bath

Come relax to the tones of the Crystal Bowls (calming instruments, and singing, assisting in chakra cleansing and balancing). The goal of this class is to enter a meditative state. Learn to just lay back and chill. Dress comfy. Afterward, you will feel more centered, energized, and relaxed.

Gentle Flow - For Seniors

Great for seniors, beginners, and those looking to increase mobility. Very mild movements targeting the hips, legs, and spine which are accessible to everyone. Focuses on stretching and moving the body gently to increase circulation of the body.

Slow Flow - (80 degrees)

A vinyasa-style class focused on connecting breath with movement. This class is slower-paced but will still be challenging and get the body warm. This practice is an overall full-body stretch and detox. Suitable for all levels!

Vin Yin (80 degrees)

The first half is a vinyasa flow to warm up the body with poses that help strengthen and balance. The second half is yin, deep stretches to open the fascia that will be held for 3 to 5 minutes. Yin helps increase the flexibility and mobility of the body.

Reset Flow - (Non Heated)

RESET FLOW: This is exactly what you need after a long week. This class blends breathwork, slow-flow movement, and deep stretches to help you reset and recharge.

We’ll begin with guided breathwork (like box breathing or alternate nostril breathing) to calm the mind,

then flow through a heated, intentional practice with longer holds to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.

Expect to stretch, and soften as we transition into a sweet, extended savasana. Come unwind, reset, and head into the weekend feeling balanced and restored.

Journey into Power Yoga - (90 degrees)

Baptiste Power Yoga is a set of 53 poses that are linked together creating a dynamic flow. The demand of these poses is such that it requires presence and focus which help to quiet and relax the mind. The intention of Baptiste yoga is to ground you in the physical body first, and from a grounded state you are encouraged to explore what is possible in the pose, and through this exploration and inquiry, you will find a sense of empowerment to move beyond the limiting thoughts that you have about your body.

Emphasizes the fundamentals of yoga while presenting the poses and sequencing in a more challenging way. Vinyasa warms up the body with a combination of movements that will help improve flexibility, strength, and balance.

Yogalates (90 Degrees)

Yogalates combines the mindful movement and breath of yoga with the toning power of Pilates.

During this class, you will move through a sequence of postures that focus on proper breath, alignment, balance, and mobility, combined with dynamic Pilates-inspired exercises targeting key muscle groups with small weights (3- 5 lbs).

During class, there is a core series to build deep abdominal strength and overall body awareness. This class is designed to leave you feeling stronger and more connected inside and out.

45 minutes of total body workout using bodyweight & resistance training. (weights are available and optional) Major focus will be on core, glutes, balance, and increasing your heart rate.

Build strength, enhance mobility, and improve endurance with our Kettlebell class! This session is designed to teach the fundamentals of kettlebell training, focusing on proper form, safety, and functional movement. You'll learn key techniques like swings, presses, and squats while engaging in a dynamic, full-body workout.

Perfect for beginners and those looking to refine their skills, this class will challenge you in new ways—helping you develop power, stability, and confidence with kettlebell training.

Yin

A meditative practice that requires stillness and introspective with deep stretching. Poses are held for a 2 minutes minimum to relieve the body from pain and tension. In order to increase mobility and flexibility we breathe deeply into the fascia tissue of the body. Props are used to increase comfort or create more intensity.
