Reset Flow - (Non Heated)

RESET FLOW: This is exactly what you need after a long week. This class blends breathwork, slow-flow movement, and deep stretches to help you reset and recharge.

We’ll begin with guided breathwork (like box breathing or alternate nostril breathing) to calm the mind,

then flow through a heated, intentional practice with longer holds to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.

Expect to sweat, stretch, and soften as we transition into a sweet, extended savasana. Come unwind, reset, and head into the weekend feeling balanced and restored.
