
Bliss is a focused 45-minute practice designed to move the body first and settle the mind second.
Class begins with five traditional Sun A’s and five traditional Sun B’s to build steady internal heat and clear mental tension.
After the flow, you’ll move into two to three yin-style postures to soften and release. The practice then shifts into pranayama (breathwork), which may vary by instructor, and concludes with an extended shavasana. Some classes may incorporate sound bowls or gentle sound healing.
