A meditative practice that requires stillness and introspective with deep stretching. Poses are held for a 2 minutes minimum to relieve the body from pain and tension. In order to increase mobility and flexibility we breathe deeply into the fascia tissue of the body. Props are used to increase comfort or create more intensity.
