Simple Smoothie

This is a recipe that I adapted from Tara Stiles. This simple smoothie is a go to in our house. It's easy to blend, easy to adapt to any diet, and tastes delicious.

Simple Green Smoothie

1 banana

1 cup of your choice of milk (we have a nut allergy in the house so we do not use almond, Ripple is a plant based milk alternative we use or if it's not on hand we use lactaid milk, we also have a dairy intolerance here too)

1 handful of spinach

*Optional add ins: protein powder

peanut butter

chia seeds


ice cubes
