Flourless Double Chocolate Peanut Butter Muffins

Nina made these for me and they are soooo yummy! We had to share the recipe!

2 Large beaten eggs (room temp)

2 cups PB (room temp)

1/2 cup pure maple syrup

1.5 cups pure pumpkin puree

6 Tbsp unsweetened cacao pwdr

2tsp baking soda

2tsp vanilla extract

1/2-3/4 cups chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350

1. Spray muffin tin.

2. combine all ingredients until smooth, adding in chocolate chips last.

3. Fill muffin tins 3/4 full.

4. Bake in preheated oven 25-35 mins. Until toothpick comes out clean.

5. Do not over bake, they will be very moist.
