This is a quick and easy meal I go to whenever I don't have a lot of time and I can add whatever is in the fridge to it. The avocado acts as the "sauce" for the pasta. I usually make this for just me, but my kids love it too! All you need to do is cook up some pasta, mash up an avocado, add some sea salt and garlic powder and anything else that sounds good to you.
1 Ripe avocado
Pasta of your choosing, I usually choose spaghetti or linguine
Extra virgin olive oil
Grilled chicken and anything else you'd like!
